We have been delivering financial training courses since 2001. We have successfully developed a format that is based upon an interactive approach which is designed to provide courses that are both practical and interesting.
We offer a range of both general and financial management business support services. We work very closely with the management team of our clients to ensure that we can tailor our support to the specific needs of the client.
Support can also be provided to individual managers including mentoring and coaching.
MCA Cooper Associates
Delivers financial and general management support to the Further Education sector in which it has developed a high profile presence since the Company was formed.
Its list of clients is very impressive including many high profile colleges in the British Isles across the whole country, funding and regulatory bodies and representative organisations.
We have been involved in advising colleges in a number of prominent strategic reorganisations including the first ever cross regional merger between tow colleges and the first Statutory Efficiency Review of the largest college in Northern Ireland.
